Unclaimed property

High-level forensic method plus a path to earn by assisting others — a 10% service fee, up to the state maximum (10%–state max). Search only where the state allows paid or commercial finders. Income is never guaranteed.

Unclaimed-property programs are state-run. Finder statutes, fee caps, waiting periods, and advertising rules differ. This track teaches a lawful, high-level search method. People who complete it can earn money assisting others with finding unclaimed property for a 10% service fee, up to the state maximum (10%–state max) — that is 10%, or the state’s legal or regulatory cap if lower. The fee is for search and claim-packet assistance, not legal representation, and it must not exceed what that state allows for unclaimed-property finders or heirs-location services. Completing the course is not a license to operate as a finder’s company where one is required, and it is not a guarantee of income or recoveries. This track remains an independent Institute enrollment — not membership.
