Membership and site terms.
Annual membership is $99.98. Renewal is $99.98 each additional year. Cancel before renewal to avoid the subsequent-year charge. Membership does not include Institute training: each training track is an independent $49.50 per year. These terms govern use of the website, chatbots, Trust Bank, training, affiliates, and referral tools.
By using this site you agree that Selective Legal Group provides paralegal and informational services only. You will not treat chatbot output as legal advice or as a substitute for a licensed attorney.
Membership fees are billed annually through Stripe at the rate shown at checkout. When a limited-time introductory rate is offered, the first year is billed at that rate and renewal is $99.98. Otherwise membership is $99.98 per year. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case. Misuse of a chatbot or Trust Bank, including attempts to obtain unauthorized practice of law, may result in termination. The affiliate program pays only on closed Selective membership and service sales. We do not pay for recruiting other affiliates. Affiliate registration: 90 days free if you have an active paid Institute training enrollment (any independent $49.50/year track counts). After the trial — or if you register without paid training — the affiliate registration fee is $99.00 per month. Training stays $49.50/year per track. Membership is $99.98 per year. Cancel the monthly affiliate fee before the next billing date to stop the charge.
The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for filing errors, missed deadlines, or outcomes of any legal matter. The exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with membership is non-renewal or a refund request sent to info@selectivelegalgroup.com.
